Located in Plainview, NY.  The Hamlet offers both attached, semi-attached and free standing homes. All are connected to their Club house with a spa. sauna, indoor pool, fairness center, ballroom, restaurant with concierge services.. Outdoors to pool, tennis and playground.

The Hamlet was built in 1980-1982 on what was known as The Lehman Estate.  There are many specimen European and American trees which greatly enhance the property today in addition to rolling hills and plantings.  The community consists of 386 units ranging in size from 1900 to 3500 square feet. There are eleven different models to choose from and prices vary from the 600.000's to over a million.
